JV Tennis wins Shaker Tournament

What an incredible TEAM WIN this past Saturday, May 5 at Shaker High School as we competed in a Doubles Only Tournament against four other schools, namely Shaker, University School, Hudson and Copley.

We actually won all 4 flights of doubles against all schools, which goes to show you how strong our Solon Comets will be in future years!

This tournament was on a round robin format, up to 6 games with no-add scoring and a regular tie-breaker at 5-5.

Here are the final results:

Flight A - Nick Catalano/David Feng 6-3 / 6-1 / 6-0 / 6-0

Flight B - Roberto Catalano/George Wang 6-1 / 6-4 / 6-1 / 6-0

Flight C - Max Brush/Josh Isakov 6-2 / 6-3 / 6-0 / 6-1

Flight D - Aman Daga/Eli Rosner 6-3 / 6-5 (2) / 4-6 / 6-1
