NEW SCHEDULE FOR BASEBALL TRYOUTS ON MONDAY 2/24

Monday, February 24 – Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores ONLY

3:15  - Primary IFs and POs at Varsity Field; Primary OFs at Football Turf

3:15-3:30 - Stretch and Throw at both locations

3:30-4:00 – Drillwork at both locations

4:10 – All meet back at football turf

4:10-4:45 – Timed Sprints; Shuttle Run on Turf (or in school if rain)

4:45 – All back in Aux Gym

5:00-5:30 – Some pitchers and catchers will throw

Monday, February 24 – Freshmen ONLY

5:30-6:30 in Aux Gym
