On Tuesday, March 9, ALL current juniors are taking the ACT at Solon High School as a part of their state-mandated graduation requirements. There is NO cost to students or families for this test. Juniors are expected to be in their testing location by 7:45 a.m. and testing will conclude approximately noon. Students must bring #2 pencils (no mechanical pencils), a calculator and photo identification.
Students with accommodations can get their information from classroom teacher, guidance counselor, or interventionists.
Students may not leave their testing rooms until all students in that location have completed testing.
Buses will run at their normal times. Students remaining at school following the ACT must stay in study hall until the end of the school day. The cafeteria will not be open on Tuesday, so students should bring a snack or lunch if they are remaining at school.
