Regano Peer Model Information Program

If you are interested in having your child screened for a peer model spot, please use the link below to complete the form.  The form MUST be completed by January 19th to ensure a screening spot.  Please do not request a screening spot if your child does not meet the qualification/characteristic of a peer model.  If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

 

Characteristics/Qualification of  Peer Models.

  • Solon/Glenwillow Resident
  • Children who turn three before June 1, 2022 and are toilet trained before school starts
  • Ability to follow directions and comply with teacher requests
  • Age-appropriate play skills
  • Excellent language and communication skills; able to speak and understand English
  • Age-appropriate independence and ability to take initiative
  • Age-appropriate self-help skills (dressing, toileting, caring for own belongings)
  • Ability to make transitions and demonstrate flexibility in routines 
  • Ability to separate from caregiver without distress, or, ability to quickly recover from distress
