Last Three Days of School May 30-June 1

As we head into the final stretch of the 22-23 academic year, I wanted to share the testing schedule we will follow May 30, May 31 and June 1.

During these last three days of school, all Solon High School students will be taking an assessment in each of their classes that will count toward the assessment component of their fourth quarter grades. This is NOT a summative assessment for the second semester (not a final exam). This is simply an assessment over the final chapter/unit/material that was covered during the final weeks of school. Teachers have been instructed to not give a major assessment the week prior to May 30 – June 1.

All of the final fourth quarter assessments will be administered by the class period schedule below. Students only need to come to school during the periods they have classes. They do NOT need to attend the period they have study hall.  However, a quiet study space will be provided for those students who want to stay during their study hall periods.

Buses will run at regular times each day and a light lunch will be available in the cafeteria for students staying all day to ride the bus home or work quietly in study hall.
