    Solon High School will continue to be ALL VIRTUAL the week of January 4 and plan to return to our HYBRID model on January 11.   • Solon High School Moves to Remote Learning

    Beginning Monday, November 23, SHS will shift to all-remote learning until the end of winter break. We will reassess the return to in-person classes in January in the coming weeks and keep you informed along the way.   • Fall Play is All Live Stream!

    Solon High School presents The Tempest, the 2020 fall play. To ensure the safety of student performers and crew as well as audience members, The Tempest will be live streamed only. The actors will be protected with specially designed masks incorporated into their costumes. Join us in this galaxy far, far away via live stream for any of the four performances: November 19-21 at 7 p.m. and November 22 at 2 p.m. Viewing “tickets” are $10 at shsdrama.org/tickets.

  • Second Quarter Materials Pick Up for Virtual Students October 16

    The next required educational materials pick up for SHS all-remote students is Friday, October 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Senior Commons. These materials are needed for the start of second quarter. Supplemental reading books ordered through Academic Boosters should be picked up at the same time by all-remote students.   • SHS Parking Permits for 2020-21

    All sophomores, juniors and seniors who are already licensed drivers are eligible to apply and obtain a Solon High School parking permit by registering online beginning Tuesday, October 6, 2020. Students must register, pay and take the Graduated Driving License educational module to receive a permit.

  • Get Involved! It's the SHS Virtual Club Fair!

    Click here to view the SHS Virtual Club Fair presentation at your leisure to explore and learn about the many club offerings we have at Solon High School. Each slide in the presentation contains a brief club description along with the meeting times, meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and log-in instructions for that particular club’s virtual meetings. There are approximately 45-50 clubs/organizations for you to choose from and we strongly encourage ALL of our students to join at least one.
