A little about me...

I graduated from Malone University with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Intervention Specialist in 2011. I began my teaching career in Newark, Ohio (about 30 miles east of Columbus) at Wilson Middle School. I taught 6-8th grade special education for five years. I then moved to an elementary school in the same district and taught 5th grade for two years. During my time teaching in Newark, I coached middle school and club volleyball.

In 2018 I married my husband, Jamie. He lived and worked in Cleveland so I made the move up here from Columbus that summer. Since then we have moved from Ohio City to Hudson and welcomed our first child, Willa, in January of this year.
