Solon City Schools Covid Protocols for the 23-24 School Year
- Individuals exposed to COVID-19 no longer have to quarantine. They also no longer have to report their exposure. Contact tracing continues to no longer be necessary.
- Mask to Stay / Test to Play have been REMOVED from the protocols. They no longer apply and should no longer be implemented.
- Individuals who test positive must stay home for five days (starting from the day of first symptom). Isolation can end on Day 6 so long as symptoms are IMPROVING and they have been fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medication). A mask must be worn from Day 6 – Day 10. Mask use can be discontinued on Day 11.
