The purpose of the Dungeons and Dragons Club is to teach/train cooperative leadership skills through D&D, a role-playing game. Participants will practice teamwork and communication in order to solve problems presented by the leader (referred to later as the Dungeon Master or DM). The club will additionally practice cooperative story telling through characters and a world the DM and participants create together. Finally, the club will develop a strong grasp of basic mathematics for participants through a complex rule system.
