This fee will be a one time charge and any alterations needed after freshmen year will be covered by the Music Parents.

If you would rather pay by personal check please make it out to: Solon Music Parents and give to Mr. Mac or Mr. Mauldin.

    2. Contract

Please see below for information on your uniform payment and the contract that needs to be signed and returned:

    1. Payment
All boys have been measured by American Commodore and their tuxes are being prepared for our first concert in October. Each boy must purchase their own tux shirt and bow tie as well as pay an end-of-the-year dry cleaning fee. The tux shirt is $16.25, the bow tie is $5.50 and the dry cleaning fee is $7.25 for a total of $29. This can paid through the Solon Music Parents online store at:
    https://www.solonmusicparents.org/store.html

If you would rather pay by personal check please make it out to: Solon Music Parents and give to Mr. Mac or Mr. Mauldin.

Payments are due by Thurs. Oct. 3.

At the end of the year you will return the tux jacket, tux pants and cummerbund to the school but the tux shirt and bow tie are yours to keep. If you grow considerably this school year and feel you need a bigger shirt, pants or jacket please contact Mr. Mac and we will refit you. Every subsequent year you are in orchestra you will be charged a nominal dry cleaning fee but that will be the only charge unless you grow enough to require a new shirt.

    2. Contract
Please see the attached Uniform Contract. This needs to be signed by both the student and parent and returned to Mr. Macdougall or Mr. Mauldin. They can provide a copy at the school if printing at home is an issue. Contracts must be signed and returned by Thurs. Oct. 3.

Uniforms will be distributed the week of the concert provided your fees are paid and your signed contract is returned. You will keep your uniform with you in it's garment bag for the entire school year and return it (minus the shirt and bow tie) to the school in May. The tux shirt is machine washable but everything else is dry clean only.

We have identified a number of boys who have grown considerably since last year and may require a bigger tux shirt. We will be in contact with you if this is the case.

Tuxes will be distributed the week of the first concert provided your dry cleaning fee has been paid.

    Sophomore, Junior and Senior Girls:

You have your uniform from last year; if you have any alterations to be made, you MUST bring your uniform back and get resized prior to the first concert. Your alteration fee has already been paid and your uniform contract remains in effect.
