Day Care & Shared Parenting Transportation 

The Day Care/Shared Parenting Transportation Request Form is due JULY 7! 

Please remember that day care transportation is not guaranteed. A minimum of 5 students must be traveling to or from school to a Solon or Glenwillow day care provider for bus transportation to be provided.

A new shared parenting form must be submitted annually.
