Welcome back to Solon High School and to your 10th Grade English class!  This is an important year in your high school career.  With a few good habits, a positive attitude, and a consistent work ethic, each and every one of you will be able to find success in this class.  I’m here to be part of that success, and to help you get there however I can, so please remember to come to me with any questions you might have.  You can email me at any time, and you can also find me either in my classroom before or after school most days.

    I.  Class Rules

    1. Bring all necessary materials to class every day.
    2. Students must place items in zipped backpack before an assessment begins.Electronic Devices may be used with my permission for class purposes only.  This does not include checking grades in the middle of class, or, obviously, any messaging or social media.  Electronic devices including chromebooks, cell phones, tablets, smart watches, earbuds, Switch, etc… may absolutely not be used during or after assessments. Electronic devices which are used without permission will be confiscated and sent to the office for parents to pick up.
