The purpose of the American Cancer Youth Society is to lead the world to a cancer-free future.  We are high school students working directly with the American Cancer Society.  We use any money that is raised to reinforce the many existing ACS programs (such as funding breakthrough research, providing early screening tests to underprivileged areas, spreading awareness on the importance of early detection) as well as supporting patients who cannot afford the expensive cost of living with cancer.
