Mr. Gary Lewis
Mr. Lewis is a 1993 graduate of Bowling Green State University. His musical “light” began to shine at eight years old, when he was asked to join his father in the adult choir at church. He has been singing ever since.
Mr. Lewis is starting his 26th year of teaching high school vocal music and his 17th year at Solon High School.
Mr. Lewis is a three-time international champion barbershop quartet singer. He sang tenor with the 2000 champions, PLATINUM, and he sang baritone in Max Q, the 2007 champions. He is currently singing bass in Quorum, the 2022 champions. He is also the director of The Men of Independence chorus of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
