Introduction
The Solon Planning and Development Department has to decide whether to approve the plans for a new housing development. There are rumors that the developer plans to cut down most of the trees and other large plants in order to fit as many buildings and homes on the land as possible. The department needs facts about erosion and weathering before they approve the plan.
