Project/Task:

You are a member of the campaign staff of a mayoral candidate in the city of Cleveland in 1935. The city, like the rest of the nation, is reeling from the impacts of the Great Depression. In preparing for the campaign, your candidate is proposing a wide range of Social, Political, and Economic initiatives to promote the development of the wounded city.

 

The candidate has assigned you to a task force on Relief, Reform, and Recovery programs.  Your task is to prepare a campaign proposal that convinces voters that your candidate is the best hope for rebuilding the city.
