Understanding Slope

 

Problem:  After having discussed the concept of slope, you are to find three real-world structures that have a non-zero defined slope.  You will need to demonstrate your understanding by measuring and interpreting the slope of each structure.

 

Suggested Structures:

1.      Amusement Parks

2.      Ski Resorts

3.      Roofs

4.      Highways

5.      Stadium construction

6.      Architecture

7.      Ramps

8.      Sports

9.      Stairways

10.  Other (to be approved by instructor)
