Your friends Pablo and Jorge are spending a month traveling throughout Mexico. Their goal is to see as many major monuments and buildings as possible during their trip. They have asked you and your partner to recommend a sightseeing excursion by bus in Mexico that will take them to the places that you consider the most significant sites in the city. During their trip, they send you photos from each of the different places that they've been to. As their trip comes to an end, you receive a final postcard telling you successful you have been in planning their trip.
Learning Description:
This web quest allows you to explore the various cultural locations found in Mexico. It also provides you with an opportunity to create a mini-letter to your describing Pablo's and Jorge's stay in a Mexican town.
Purpose:
The purpose of this activity is to give you a chance to explore Mexico, read and use authentic Spanish resources, as well as use the communicatve skills that you have been working on in an activity that simulates something that you could very easily encounter in the real world in any language.
