The Comets traveled to Warren G. Harding High School on Wednesday to face the Harding Raiders in the first round of the District playoffs. Solon got behind early but fought back to trail by only 3 at the end of the first quarter. Harding outscored the Comets 13-2 in the second quarter and never looked back. Despite Solon hanging close in the second half (27-30) the Raiders went on to a 57-40 victory.

Solon was led in scoring by Tariq Ali with 9 and Ryan Guest with 8. Lavonne Davis, Jr.(15) and Ryan Guest(5) led the rebounding effort. Jason Steele (3), Kelan Eichelberger (3), and Brendan Jackson (2) led the team in assists.
